Great staff, good room , good choice of breakfast. And a great location for most things, once you got your bearings. We had one night where the fire alarm went off, a false alarm. When we checked out the reception made a wonderful gesture as an apology, thank you so much.

We loved this hotel. If people like the idea of staying in a very modern hotel inside of a historically preserved building this maybe the hotel for you. It is best for singles or couples. the interior spaces are small, but well designed.We could have used another place for our second small suitcase in the room,but the room itself was fresh,elegant in a low key way,and very clean and comfortable.The breakfast,with the exception of a coffee machine which makes all sorts of awful coffee (not really fresh and the machine is very loud), was fabulous.The service was excellent at breakfast and at the front desk. The library is a non-smoking area and was a good place to spread out maps,but the bar/lounge is a smoking area and smelled like it. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood without many restaurants, but both the metro and the tram lines are fairly close by. We would stay at the hotel again if we came back to this exciting and elegant city.
